RoseI know it sounds crazy, but I'm not the only person living in this body. Not even close. There's another consciousness that lives with mine. It's the practical, timid, scared, paranoid part of me that people hate so much. The part that holds me back. She's not me, and she's not my conscience. My conscience is a part of me. And it doesn't speak to me.

WanderlustOne day I dreamt that I was an old man. I walked down a white-sanded beach somewhere by myself. My wife had died and my children were grown and had gone away to live their own lives. The beach was all I had, it was my final destination in my long history of fumbling blindly through my mist-shrouded Universe. All that I had done came to this: a walk in what I deemed as paradise. While walking, I realized that if one strived to so what is right and good in their life, that in the after-life, if it exists, that individual would do well in that also. life moves quickly

If you were exchanged in the cradle and
